Very nice shop and great food. Pizza really big. Staff at times a bit slow due to the number of guests but still friendly ... I would love to come back

Well ... the sanitary facilities are off-putting, the staff is sometimes outrageous or overwhelmed, when asked about your contact list or any Qr code because of Corona, the answer was yes to no avail ... the prices and the food are average, yes the view of the cathedral is nice. Paying with the card is UNWANTED in 2020 in this restaurant! Conclusion: not recommended.

Wait 15 minutes on the terrace to be served and the waiter passed me by not asking me what I wanted. Terrible service, no wonder the hotel has such bad reviews, it was to be expected

The food was really good. The whole thing was garnished by a very nice view of the cathedral. The staff was very friendly, so everything was great.

Steak was raw inside, couldn't be chewed. Baked potatoes were ok, but the sour cream was not to be enjoyed, tasted like it was bad, I scraped it off. The fries were crispy, but you should replace the fat every now and then. Unfortunately there was no responsible person on site, so we paid 50 € for 2 people for 2 dishes and 2 drinks. Not recommendable.

Steak ordered medium, served raw ... French fries tasted like old fat. The lemon in the cola was at least fresh!

Very tasty food. We had an important appointment afterwards, so we told the waiter and the food came very quickly. Very nice staff!

Friendly staff. Passable selection on the map. Tastes good. Prices are okay for the portion size. Wait ok. Drinks are quite expensive in relation to the food. The sanitary area is getting a bit old.

Me and my partner wanted to eat here recently. The waiter was really unfriendly and with a few tables a bit overwhelmed .. we both come from the catering trade so we even have a little more understanding. But that didn't work, unfriendly and long waiting times. Finally we got up and left !!

So really bad! Ordered Tequila Sunrise and got a tequila with orange juice. The lasagna was more liquid than some soups. Corona rules? Mask is missing! And sitting outside in a fresh breeze is perfectly fine, but asking 3 times for blankets and the waiter tries to ignore you ... well. And that although the table next to you got blankets and asked them much later !! Not again

The steak was tough. You were asked very late about the drinks and food, despite the empty restaurant. The waitresses didn't give the impression that they wanted to be there. The ambience is great but unfortunately the price / performance ratio is not right.

Polite conditions, the food was very tasty but it went so incredibly fast, that made us a bit insecure because you just can't freshly prepare a pizza in 5 minutes 🤷🏻‍♀️ very tasty cocktails, value for money was right. Would eat here again.

Very nice and attentive service! Toilets very clean and also pleasant in terms of smell. Food, OK. I don't mean bad, I travel a lot in Italy and am therefore very demanding. We really only ate light things today and they were OK. Pizza funghi, dough good, topping can be made better. Spaghetti Bolognese was nice and fruity. Spaghetti Carbonara, lots of sauce and lots of bacon. But not very seasoned. And the parmesan was middle class. But I think that it is also because of these difficult times, the innkeepers are struggling to survive. Been there in 2001 and it was great. By the way, paid less as indicated on the card. We were on vacation with eight people and were just here and just went in for something to eat. A lady greeted us and kindly arranged a table for us so that we can all sit at one table. When we got the tickets, the first thing we noticed was that they were very gritty and dirty, which is even worse than usual in the current situation. The prices indicated either very good quality or large quantities. Ice cream 0.5l for 3.20 is already sporty. Tastes like cheap iced tea from the discounter or crumb tea. The food: we had everything with us, pizza, steak, pasta. Pizzas are not completely baked and sometimes badly occupied. The sauces and hams are cheap as well. 11.90 for tortellini with ham and cream sauce for cheap molded meat from the pack and standard cream sauce as a mini portion is really sad. All in all not to be recommended.

Very good food, very good taste. Food was well presented and the staff was extremely friendly. The food was served very well, the price was fair.

It was okay, the rest room was too rough to the extent I couldn't even use it when I was pressed, pretty expensive food. Cheaper restaurants taste more.

The staff comes across as not exactly welcome. Very rude. I will not come back again. Although the food is good. Unfortunately I can only give 1 star.

Very good, efficient, friendly

When we were finally served after about 20 minutes and we told the waiter that we only wanted to drink something, we were told that the effort would be too great to just drink something. We had to go because we didn't want to eat. "I've never seen anything like this" Customer friendliness doesn't deserve even a star.

Pizza and lasagne was ok, the burger was so disappointing it was put together without care. 1st and last time we eat there.

This place scammed us, the staff was really unfriendly and looked sketchy. The food was really poor quality it felt like it was microwaved. DO NOT GO HERE!

I only ever review the noticeably good, or the noticeably bad... and this is the latter unfortunately. Seriously bad food in this place. We were a big group and didn’t have anywhere that could host us without a reservation, so we ended up here. My friend asked for the beef burger rare and it was cooked through completely, so I’d love to know what well done would look like. The chicken burger was burnt black on parts. The waiter pressured for a tip as the service charge is not included on the bill, but the service was not good and neither was the food. Only come here if you have no other options and some of friends preferred the pasta which they said was OK at best.

Just had beer which was very acceptable!

If you like raw chicken wings this is the place for you...shocking on every level.

Although the location was super, it was the worst restaurant we have ever gone. There was a mouse walking under the tables last night.

The waiters are robbing you. When the waiter came to us with the bill, he asked for a 10% tip which does not exist in Europe. His service was not good at all, he forgot to bring us forks and we needed to take those from other tables. This restaurant deserves its bad reputation. 0/20

Amazing magical Christmas market at the Cathedral in Cologne

Reasonably priced for correct meals, decent portions. Good food and quite busy on a Saturday at noon. So everything is fresh. A mistake in the order was corrected in less than 3 minutes without problems. Staff is helpful and speaks english as well as german.

Dirty toilets and the waiters not friendly ans unprofessional. Food was average to bad. My friend ordered Penne alla rabiatta. tomatoes saus. it was not good. she had stomach pain afterwards. Tourist trap place just next to the Catheral of Koln.

Wow Unbelievable experience!! Food was average or worse but the waiter from some middle east country was extremely rude and "FORCED" us to pay 35euro as tip which is almost 30% of whole our dinner. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT. They have to know they are ruining their restaurant. Shame on you.
